Servings 6 pretzel spider webs

  • silpat mat or non stick parchment paper
  • baking tray
  • disposable piping bag or a sandwich bag

  • 48 pretzel sticks
  • 3.5 oz white chocolate
  • 2 oz milk or dark chocolate (optional)

  • Melt the white chocolate in a bowl using a microwave or double boiler.
If you're using a microwave, heat for 30-40 seconds at a time and stir regularly to avoid scorching the chocolate.
Set chocolate aside to cool in the bowl.
  • Line your baking tray with a silpat mat or baking parchment. Then set out your pretzels in a radial arrangement.
I used 8 pretzel sticks per spider web, but you use more or less if you prefer!
  • Once the white chocolate has cooled and thickened, spoon it into your piping bag or sandwich bag. Snip a tiny corner off the piping bag, about 1/8th inch (3mm) wide so you can pipe the chocolate.
  • Pipe a blob of white chocolate onto the center of each set of pretzels to help hold them together.
  • Starting from the inside out, pipe rings of white chocolate over the pretzels to form the web.
  • Refrigerate for around 15-30 minutes or until set, and carefully peel off the mat.
